Your Responsibilities
- You will support and represent the NPCA in ensuring the continuing airworthiness of our fleet
- You will plan, coordinate, and monitor measures to maintain airworthiness in compliance with all applicable aviation laws and regulatory requirements
- You will develop and maintain the Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME), the Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP), and other airworthiness-related procedures
- You will coordinate and monitor maintenance activities in collaboration with our maintenance facilities as well as internal and external partners
- You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, the implementation of Airworthiness Directives (ADs), and the completeness of airworthiness-related documentation
- You work closely with authorities, manufacturers, and service providers and support audits and regulatory inspections
- You actively contribute to the further development of the safety management system and the optimization of our CAMO processes
Your Profile
- You hold a degree in engineering or a qualification as an aircraft maintenance technician (m/f/d) with recognized additional training from the relevant authorities; alternatively, you have more than ten years of professional experience in the field of Continuing Airworthiness Management
- You have at least five years of relevant professional experience, including at least two years in a position of responsibility within the aviation industry
- You have in-depth knowledge of EASA regulations, particularly Part-CAMO, Part-M, Part-145, Part-21, and Part-26, as well as operational requirements in accordance with Air OPS
- You have experience in Continuing Airworthiness Management, in the development and optimization of Aircraft Maintenance Programs (AMP), and in handling aviation technical documentation and quality processes
- You are familiar with the requirements of modern Safety Management Systems (SMS), human factors, and the relevant flight safety standards
- Ideally, you have knowledge of the aircraft types under your supervision and experience with the Gannet software
- You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to work in a team, and excellent communication skills
- You have good written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
